The Mets are going to struggle because of the value of players that are injured – Delgado, Reyes, Perez, Maine, Putz. Its incorrect to parallel Manuel’s performance at this point with team play. Daily fatalism of New York headlines creates an enhanced sense of panic than there need be. Let them play and allow them to ride out this storm.
