POLITICS: Does the Rand Paul victory hurt Sarah Palin?

Paul’s turning out to be as looney as his Dad. Didn’t know he was chummy with loose cannon truther Alex Jones. That’s not very good judgement. No wonder the other guy was supported by Mitch McConnell. Paul’s candidacy took off after Sarah Palin’s endorsement which quickly putting Palin in unfavorble light. This is a healthy dose of reality for supporters (like me) of the former VP candidate. It’s also show’s just how silly libertarianism can be.

Rand Paul and Sarah Palin have both taken pro-war positions in order to satisfy the neocons. Unlike Ron Paul. Or did I get that wrong? Political hypocrites like those two don’t deserver our support.

    Bob,
Now blogs just refer to other blogs for confirmation on their alleged “reporting”? How lazy ARE you?
I don’t really care for your point of view much at all. You are a closed-minded individual who obviously hates individual freedom and personal responsibility.
“It’s also show’s just how silly libertarianism can be.” 1. One comment discredits a whole political philosophy? 2. The ideals our nation was founded on are silly? That’s like me completely discrediting your blog because of your poor syntax. “It’s also show’s”? Really, Bob? By the way, you do realize Palin has libertarian-leanings, or maybe you just like her because she is hot.

    Stick to sports.

@Indianapolis Tickets – Bob is a HUGE neocon. He must have supported that grudge-holding wingnut RINO Huckabee in 2008.

Sometimes I feel pretty lazy at the end of a long week. Paul’s stuttering answer about the civil rights ammendment is boilerplate libertarian purity and was not helpful. Providing a link to two already well known citizen journalists who shares similar points of view to my own is common in blogging. But Alex Jones?

    Thanks for reading.

Neocon, huh? Haven’t been called that one before. I know that Democrats hold that one for those they hold in highest contempt such as Dick Cheney and Bill Kristol, so perhaps I should consider it a compliment. For the record, I voted for Rudi Guliani in the primary and McCain in the general. If I were a neocon, I don’t believe I’d have supported a “grudge-holding wingnut RINO Huckabee”
